With boiler breakdown visits we visit the property to diagnose the issue, we will notify you with cost and availability with parts to supply and install to fix the issue.

If we can repair the boiler in the first hour without any parts or if you did not want to go ahead with our diagnosis we charge £65+VAT (£78) for our time.

If diagnosis is carried out, out of hours, then out-of-hours rates apply.

You should have your boiler serviced annually every 12 months. This ensures the correct functioning and the safety of the appliance.

New boilers are not exempt from this and manufacturers state that in order to keep warranty/guarantee periods an annual service must be carried out.

Prices vary considerably depending on what type of system you have now, what make of boiler you would like, flue termination and property type.

We can supply and install combi boilers from as little as £980+VAT for a standard basic package.

Typically most calls can wait for in hours such as boiler breakdowns, parts are unavailable out of hours so we will always recommend breakdowns to be covered in hours.

For jobs that are emergencies or for vulnerable situations, out of hours rates are £95+VAT (£114) per hour.
